Healthy Hair and Illness are not a match

The one thing I have always been able to pick out from a mile away is the health of a person by the condition of their hair. A person on strong medication or not feeling well will almost always find their hair lifeless, limp or thinning.
A relatively healthy individual will exhibit shiny gorgeous locks even if it is fine or thinning.We all know the secret to having beautiful skin includes eating well and exercising. The same goes for achieving healthy hair.
